Shipping costs

Netherlands
Orders to the Netherlands receive free shipping for orders over €25. For orders under €25, you pay a small shipping fee of €3,95.

Belgium
Orders to Belgium always pay a small shipping fee of €3.95.

Germany / Austria
Orders to Germany and Austria always pay a small shipping fee of €3.95.

Italy
Orders to Italy always pay a small shipping fee of €3.95.

France
Orders to France always pay a small shipping fee of €3.95.

England
Orders to England always pay a small shipping fee of €3.95.

Delivery time

If you place an order on a working day before 23:59 and you choose the option: "Extra fast delivery", you will receive it the next working day. We really do our best for this! If you choose the standard delivery option, your package will be delivered within 1 to 2 working days.

If a product is not in stock, it will take between 5-8 business days in most cases and you will be informed about this.

Delivery options

When ordering, we will indicate the delivery times available to you and you can easily choose what suits you best. Have your order delivered to your home or work the next day for free.

What if I'm not at home?

If the order cannot be delivered the first time, the delivery person will leave a card in the mailbox stating when he will offer the order again. This is usually the next delivery day. If your package has not been delivered by then, please contact our customer service at: service@swappod.com

Delivery day

You will always receive a Track & Trace code from us. With this code you can track your package via the DPD website from the moment it has left our warehouse. In 99% of all cases you can often receive your order within 2 working days, depending on the delivery option you have chosen.
