Register return
Do you want to revoke or exchange your purchase? Within 14 days of receipt, please let us know using the form below. You can also use our model form for revocation, but you are not obliged to do so. Ordered a product incorrectly and want to exchange it? Send a message to service@swappod.com.
Important
The return shipping costs are for the buyer. These shipping costs will only be reimbursed if it concerns a defective product within the stated warranty period. Upon receipt of the return shipment, we will carefully check all products for correctness.

Please describe your reason for return as clearly as possible and email it to service@swappod.com.
We request that you return the product in its original packaging and condition as much as possible. Of course, you have the opportunity to view your product as you would view it in the store.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
Are you returning the product in connection with the warranty or a complaint? Write your complaint as completely as possible in the optional message of the return form. You can also send us a message to service@swappod.com.
Is the product defective? In 95% of cases, you will have a working product in your home within 2 working days. If we decide to exchange your product in connection with the warranty, you will often have a new copy in your home the next day!
Will you get the purchase amount back? We will then transfer this to your account within 7 days after we have received your notification of withdrawal.

You can also use the European model withdrawal form to inform us that you are cancelling the purchase. However, the use of this form is not mandatory.
14 days cooling-off period
You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of revocation
The return costs regarding shipping are for the buyer. These shipping costs are only reimbursed if it concerns a defective product within the stated warranty period.
We will reimburse you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after the day on which you communicate your decision to cancel the agreement to us. You are on time if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exceptions
Excluded from the right of withdrawal are products which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery .
Products such as in-ear headsets where the seal has been broken for hygiene reasons.
You are liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.
Therefore, please contact us if you are unsure whether or not your product may be returned.

Packing product for return
The risk for sending a package lies with the sender. We always advise to send a return insured and registered. Also ensure a well-protected, normal and solid packaging in which the contents of the package do not stand out. We are not liable if a package is lost or damaged.
Return your package via PostNL, which you will receive via email when requesting a return (if applicable). Of course, you can also return the products via another carrier.
