Swappod is responsible for the data processing. In this privacy statement we explain which personal data we collect and use and for what purpose at the webshop Swappod.nl. Process order
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to process it properly. We may then provide your personal data to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company. For this we use your e-mail address, telephone number, billing address, name and address details and payment details. We do this based on your permission. We store this information until your order has been completed. We store certain customer data for longer in connection with the statutory fiscal retention obligation.

Your account
For certain parts of our webshop you must first register. You must then provide information about yourself and choose a username. With this we create an account, to which you can log in with that username and a password of your choice. For this we use your payment details, e-mail address, name and address details, billing address, telephone number, gender and date of birth. We do this based on your permission. We store this information until you close the account.

We store this information so that you do not have to fill it in again and again and so that we can contact you in the context of the execution of the agreement. You can adjust information via your account whenever you want.

Statistics and profiling
We keep statistics about the use of our webshop. With these statistics we improve our webshop to, for example, only show relevant information. We can combine your personal data to learn more about you. Of course we will respect your privacy at all times. If you do not want this, you can always let us know.

We use your email address for this. We do this based on your permission. We store this information for one year.

Advertisement
We would like to send you advertising about offers and new products or services. We do this by e-mail and via social media. You can object to this advertising at any time. Each e-mail contains an unsubscribe link. You can block us or use the unsubscribe option. You can also pass this on via your account.

Provision to other companies or institutions
With the exception of the partners mentioned above, we will not provide your personal data to other companies or institutions under any circumstances, unless we are legally obliged to do so (for example, if the police demand it in the event of a suspected crime). Our webshop includes social media buttons. The administrators of these services use these to collect your personal data.
