Warranty conditions
The legal guarantee applies to all items that you buy from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. A manufacturer's guarantee also applies to some products. This guarantee does not affect the legal guarantee.
If you want to report damage, defects or a defect of an item to us, we will need the order number or invoice number in any case. You can contact us viaservice@swappod.com
Steps in the repair process
After registering your return, you will receive a return label from us, in case of a defect. In all other cases, you must return the product yourself to our return address. We use the following step-by-step plan for the return process:

Register your return with us via the website or email.
Send
Send your product to us and repack it securely in, for example, the box or envelope in which you received your order.
In treatment
When your return has arrived at us, we will check it thoroughly. In case of a defect, we will send you a new product as soon as possible, if in stock. In case of withdrawal, we will refund the money, which you will receive back within 5 working days at the latest on the payment method you have chosen.
Cost of repair
If costs are charged to a return/product, we will always discuss these before we start a repair.
Your rights during the warranty period
If a product does not function properly within the applicable warranty period, we will come up with a suitable solution. Your product will then be repaired free of charge or exchanged for a comparable copy. If this is not possible, you will get your money back.
If the problem is a user error, this is not covered by the warranty. User errors include fall, impact and moisture damage.

What is covered under the warranty?
A product must, according to the legal guarantee, meet the expectations you have of it. However, you must use the product in the correct manner. There is no term linked to the legal guarantee. The terms that are mentioned refer to the manufacturer's guarantee.
If the problem is a user error, this is not covered by the warranty. User errors include user negligence, fall, impact and moisture damage. Do you have any doubts about the warranty? Please contact us.

Earphones (if purchased) no longer work
What is not covered by the warranty?
In case of damage caused by negligence, fall, impact or moisture damage, the repair costs of another defect may no longer be covered by the warranty. The warranty also expires when using illegal software without the manufacturer's brand.
Please note: If you have a product repaired or parts replaced by an external party, the warranty at Swappod will also be void
Complaints
We prefer to have only satisfied customers. However, it may happen that you are dissatisfied or have a complaint about our products and/or services. We would like to help you with that. In order to be able to handle and resolve your complaint as quickly as possible, we have described the complaints procedure for you below. We do our best to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible.
We would like to resolve your complaint. The fastest way to do this is to contact our customer service. We are available every day from 10:00 to 17:00 by phone and email. If we are unable to process your complaint immediately, you will receive a substantive response from us within 5 working days.
If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can also submit it to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee (www.sgc.nl) or to this Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
