How can I exchange or return my product?

Would you like to exchange or return an order? Please contact our customer service within 14 days. This is only possible via service@swappod.com. Our staff will handle your request as quickly as possible and provide you with the best advice. In most cases, we can act quickly by assisting and guiding you remotely. We will always offer the best solution in every situation!

How long is the warranty on my product?

All items purchased from us are covered by the statutory warranty. Statutory warranty means that a product is or must do what the consumer may reasonably expect from it. Some products also come with a manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty does not affect the statutory warranty.

What delivery times should I expect?

All products that are in stock will be delivered the next working day if ordered before 5:00 PM today with the extra-fast delivery option for the Netherlands (excluding the Wadden Islands) and Flanders. Naturally, stock discrepancies may occur from time to time; in such cases, our customer service will contact you to offer an alternative product.

If you choose standard shipping, you will receive the product within 1–2 working days.

Are the products delivered in their original packaging?

Our products are delivered in bulk packaging and not in the original Apple packaging. This means the product is carefully and safely packaged, but without the original retail box.

These are 100% original Apple products. The quality, functionality, and warranty are exactly the same as products delivered in their original packaging.

What is the status of my order?

If you have not received a Track & Trace code from us after 8:59 PM, please contact our customer service. With the Track & Trace code, you can easily track your parcel via the DPD website. For letterbox shipments, no Track & Trace code is provided.

What are the shipping costs?

The Netherlands

For orders shipped to the Netherlands, shipping is free for orders over €25. If your order total is below €25, a small shipping fee of €1.94 applies. If you choose the extra-fast delivery option (ordered before 11:59 PM, delivered the next day), the shipping cost is €3.94.

Belgium

For orders shipped to Belgium, a flat shipping fee of €3.94 applies, regardless of the order value.

Does Swappod also deliver internationally?

Yes, absolutely. Swappod can deliver orders worldwide. If you would like to place an order outside the Netherlands or Belgium, please contact our customer service via service@swappod.com.

I want to cancel my order, is that possible?

Of course. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it in advance. Please contact us by email at: service@swappod.com

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes, this is very easy. Simply enter the address where the parcel should be delivered under “delivery address,” and we will send it there.

You can exchange or return your product provided it meets the return conditions.

My ordered product is defective, what should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that and understand how inconvenient this is. Please contact our customer service and we will take care of it for you. In most cases, the product will be repaired or you will receive a replacement.

Do I have to pay return shipping costs?

If you wish to return an order, you are responsible for the return shipping costs (except in cases of warranty and/or incorrectly delivered products).

Will I receive a Track & Trace code?

Yes, you will always receive a Track & Trace code from us. With this code, you can track your parcel via the DPD website from the moment it leaves our warehouse.
