How can I exchange/return my product?

Do you want to exchange or return an order? Please contact our service department within 14 days. This can only be done via service@swappod.com. Our employees will process your complaint as soon as possible and give you the best advice. In most cases we can respond quickly by helping and guiding you remotely. We will always offer the best solution in every situation!

How long is the warranty on my product?

The legal guarantee applies to all items that you buy from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. A manufacturer's guarantee also applies to some products. This guarantee does not affect the legal guarantee.

What delivery times should I take into account?

All products in stock will be delivered the next business day if you have ordered them before 23:59 today with the extra fast delivery option for the Netherlands (except Wadden Islands) and Flanders. Of course, it can sometimes happen that we have a stock difference, our customer service will contact you about this to offer you an alternative product.

If you have chosen standard shipping, you will receive the product at home within 1-2 working days.

What is the status of my order?

If you have not received a Track and Trace code from us after 20:59, please contact our customer service. You can easily track your package via the Track and Trace code on the DPD website. You will not receive a Track and Trace code for a letterbox shipment.

What are the shipping costs?

The Netherlands

For orders to the Netherlands, shipping is free from €25. If your order is less than €25, you will pay a small shipping fee of €1.94. If you choose the extra fast delivery option (ordered before 23:59, delivered tomorrow) you will pay €3.94.

Belgium

For orders to Belgium you always pay a small amount of €3.94 in shipping costs. Regardless of whether your order is more than €25.

Does Swappod also deliver abroad?

Yes, Swappod can deliver orders all over the world. If you want to order outside of the Netherlands or Belgium, please contact our customer service via service@swappod.com .

I want to cancel my order, is that possible?

Of course. If we have not shipped your order yet, you can cancel it in advance, please contact us via email: service@swappod.com

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes, it is very easy. Just fill in the address where the package should be delivered at 'delivery address' and we will send it.

I received the wrong product, what now?

Sorry, we will take care of that right away. Contact our customer service and we will make sure you receive the right product.

You can exchange or return your product if the product meets the return conditions.

My ordered product contains a defect, what now?

Sorry, we find that very annoying too. Contact our customer service via and we will arrange it for you. In most cases, the product will be repaired by us or you will receive a new product.

Do I have to pay shipping costs if I return something?

If you want to return an order, you will pay the return costs yourself. (except for warranty conditions and/or incorrectly delivered products)

Will I receive a Track & Trace code?

Yes, you will always receive a Track & Trace code from us. With this code you can track your package via the DPD website from the moment it has left our warehouse.
